My birthday is in 16 days. Graduation is in like, 3.5 months. Anyone have $900+ just laying around and want to get this for me?

The other night my dumbass neighbor’s dumbass friend was messing with his pistol and SHOT A HOLE THROUGH OUR LIVING ROOM CEILING?! RIGHT OVER THE COUCH?! Thank GOD no person or pet was sitting there. Oh, and he has more than one gun. AND MY BEDROOM SHARES A WALL WITH HIS APARTMENT.
